Duties to include:

  • Manage small projects from start to completion, including raising quotes and works orders, liaising with client on quotes and artwork, 1raising despatch sheets and invoicing.
  • Raise job bags for standard job and raise all bespoke projects
  • Prepare fitting sheets for the Installation Department
  • Set up and log project completion photographs in an easily accessible folder/location.
  • Raise all REWORKS in the correct process so they can be monitored and reviewed
  • Liaise with clients to ensure visuals (artwork) are received and approved.
  • Ensure that jobs are progressing through to completion i.e. chasing/moving installation dates as required
  • Work alongside the designated Production Managers’ on a daily basis ensuring that all necessary information is received and job requirements have been met. In the event that the Production Managers’ are unavailable, liaise with the Factory Manager/Assistant.
  • Quotations:  raise Clarity quotations as instructed in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring approval is received prior to quotes being forwarded to clients.
  • Invoices:  To raise all invoices, checking data and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Deal with incoming/outgoing calls, ensuring accuracy of information and details of calls.  Building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Assist in managing deadlines both internally and externally.

A high degree of flexibility is required in this role, as it may be necessary to work out of the normal working hours due to the nature of the project work and client base, in order to meet the necessary demands of our clients.
