Responsibilities
Start with a 12/14 month Business Administration apprenticeship.
•    Ensure excellent client relations to support the work of the external sales team
•    Be the first port of call for client queries
•    Utilise the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) to record all client interaction
•    Prepare quotations for clients 
•    Provide support and assistance to the external sales team 
•    Work with the sales team on outbound lead generation 
•    Develop good relationships with Centrals clients through telephone engagement and high levels of customer service
•    Assist with the organisation of sales events and workshops
•    Participate in sales events/exhibitions where necessary
•    Support the external sales team with the preparation of tenders

Training provider
