Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage application administration activities including general administration, scanning, responding to email enquiries and uploading documents to IT systems
  • Responsible for daily interaction with customers, intermediaries and other associated third parties, accurate processing of data onto IT systems and ensuring that workloads are processed efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
  • To proactively chase outstanding application requirements from Intermediaries and specialist distributors
  • Provide assistance with monthly performance reporting
  • Chase outstanding information required to fully process and approve mortgage applications
  • Accurately review and assess documents in the mortgage process and ensure this is captured correctly to ensure data integrity
