We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive – Apprentice to join our team. The successful applicant will provide excellent levels of customer service as required  to customers of the Unitron UK brand.

The role will include

  • Processing Phone calls received into the department.
  • Placing orders for UHUK products.
  • Tracking of new and service items.
  • Support the Unitron business with general administration.
  • Providing information on product service history.
  • Problem Solving customer service issues.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge in customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service in a measured environment.
  • To work within agreed time-lines and budgets.
  • To manage relationships effectively with third party agencies.
  • Support Sales and Marketing team on adhoc tasks.

Requirements and prospects

Things to consider

Predominantly based at Sonova office, Centre Park, with some travelling required to assist at product launches, road shows and customer events.
