Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will not only receive job specific on the job training whilst completing their Level 3 Apprenticeship with QA, but will also get involved and learn from the following:

  • Event Management
  • Travel Management
  • Diary Management
  • Use of all HR/Finance Systems
  • Various HR Project Assistance

Assist the Exec Assistant to the Head of HR with:

  • Event management
  • Co-ordination of large meetings
  • Assisting with admin tasks
  • Travel Management
  • Diary Management
  • Use of HR Systems
  • Use of Finance Systems
  • Use of Fujitsu General Systems
  • HR Project Assistance
  • Management of Fujitsu SharePoint sites
  • Being at the level in which could cover EA role when on leave / out of office etc.

Job description Fujitsu EMEIA HR are looking for an out of the box thinker with high attention to detail to join their team. This Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship is for a duration of 2 years and is open to those who have completed 3 or more A Levels, Grade A-C. The successful candidate will work alongside the Executive Assistant to the Head of HR for EMEIA and will interact with all levels of staff on a daily basis. The role will be based in Bracknell but visits to our London office may sometimes be required. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and get involved and to bring a fresh approach in to the team.

Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
