The right candidate will work closely and support our dedicated group of chefs to produce some of the finest cuisine using only the very best ingredients.

You will grow in confidence and improve on your knowledge of food and master knife skills while working in a brand new all induction kitchen suites.

Your responsibilities will include-

  • Food prep & cooking.
  • Stock control.
  • Working to good food hygiene rules.
  • Following health & safety procedures.
  • Good personnel hygiene is key.
  • Completing work assigned by NVQ trainer.

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

  • Interserve Learning and Employment will provide an Intermediate Apprenticeship that will include Functional Skills and a Technical Certificate through regular 1-2-1 visits.
