Duties to include:

  • Contact customers that have previously purchased from us to find out about their overall experience
  • Follow up with customers and ensure that they are happy with their purchase
  • Provide support and assistance with any queries customers may have
  • Up sell when possible
  • Collate all information and put into a database
  • Report information bi-weekly with ways to improve from comments given by customers
  • Supporting logistics and dispatch with parcels and deliveries
