This is a unique opportunity to work on a sensitive site in central London assisting us in maintaining a variety of opening, closing and securing systems on a wide variety of doors including timber, glazed, metal and heritage doors. This role will involve both mechanical and electronic items needing to be serviced and maintained on both a planned and reactive basis. You will be assisting and working under the guidance of our Technical Director.

The role demands a reliable and responsible person who has shown an excellent attention to detail in their work and displays a good level of maturity. 

Examples of work include:

  • Examining and servicing opening and closing mechanisms.
  • Identifying faulty components and rectifying via mending or replacement as required.
  • Completing and maintaining PPM schedules for a variety of systems.
  • Testing and maintaining electronic lock systems.
