This is a great opportunity to join the team at Flush Bathrooms in Truro as a Customer Service Apprentice. The successful candidate will become part of an established team whilst training to gain a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
This is a great opportunity to join the team at Flush Bathrooms in Truro as Customer Service Apprentice. The successful candidate will become part of an established team whilst training to gain a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with customers via telephone, and email
- Liasing with carriers regarding deliveries
- Processing customer orders electronically and manually
- Working with the team to gain product knowledge
You will also be required to adhere to data protection and confidentiality procedures in relation to the work you are carrying out.
This role will allow you to gain lots of practical skills and experience, develop your career and gain your apprenticeship qualification.

About the employer
Delivered through a combination of work based assessment and day release to college.
The programme culminates in an end point assessment where the knowledge and skills gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
