  • Taking receipt of client emails, making sure these are correctly actioned, updated and responded to correctly in a timely manner to the Client and updated on the Companies own AR-12 system.
  • Allocating and escalating emails to senior members of the team.
  • Provide telephone, email and web-access support to our clients ensuring client requests are recorded and cases updated accordingly or escalated and monitored for timely resolution.
  • Issuing correspondence to customers in relation to arrangement plans (monthly payments, accounts outstanding etc).
  • Overseeing the client portal- administering holds, new addresses and returns on the system.
  • Providing support to the Client Liaison Assistants and pulling information such as break down of fees, GPS and correspondence.
  • Run client reports for account Managers prior to client review meetings.
  • Sending new address information to clients.
  • Liaise with other departments and assist with requests for information/reports.
  • Photocopying, scanning and general administrative tasks.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot trends.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 or later, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.

Personal qualities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and in difficult situations.

Qualifications required

  • Minimum 4 GCSEs grade C+, including English and Maths (or equivalent).
