Longlands Hotel are a busy and popular Country Inn and Restaurant, with a 4 star rating. They are looking for an Apprentice to join the team and help cater for up to 80 customers in their well-loved restaurant.

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

They are looking for an Apprentice to join the team and help cater for up to 80 customers in their well-loved restaurant.
Your job purpose will be to:
- Assist the kitchen staff and Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
- You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as a Chef and you will benefit from the high standards being practised in the work place.
This role could lead to a career in the established, family run business, with great opportunities to progress.
This is a 40 hours per week role, with different shift patterns, possible including evenings and weekends.
