•    Provide first line support to company users of IT assets
•    Take full ownership of IT helpdesk 
•    Liaise with outside IT vendors to ensure timely and correct support

•    Asset management, ensuring that company IT assets are accounted for and management IT stores 
•    Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
•    Completion of project work in a timely manner to the desired standard as set out at project outset
•    Ad hoc duties as required by the business

Training provider

Approximately 11% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 9% is done in the workplace, through online training, face-to-face meetings with your QA Technical Skills Coach, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
