This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who is forward thinking and innovative. Daily responsibilities will include a section of the following:

Accounts:

  • Purchase ledger processing
  • Sales ledger Invoicing
  • Credit Control
  • Management accounts
  • Payroll preparation
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Stock control
  • VAT Returns & Communication with HMRC
  • Extensive use of Sage Accounts

Operations & Administration:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Completion of H&S and contractor applications
  • Data entry onto various bespoke systems
  • Communication with teams operating across the UK
  • Booking hotels & expenses
  • Communication with clients to book in work slots
  • Use of MS Office & Internet browsers

Sales & Marketing:

  • Creation of Digital publications
  • Updates to social media platforms
  • Web site maintenance & development
  • Search engine optimisation
  • Control of a marketing budget
  • Emailing new & existing clients
  • Photo & graphics editing for website

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.

Qualifications required

  • GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English, 2017 grading system, grade 9 – grade 4

The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
