Working as part of the kitchen team to aid the smooth running of the restaurant: to the satisfaction of the management and the customers whilst maintaining EHO standards and team morale

  • Adhering to the Franks’ Brand guidelines and recipes either written or implied
  • Ensuring the kitchen team adheres to the company’s working procedures and providing staff with on the job guidance and training.
  • Cleanliness /tidiness of the kitchen
  • Ensuring the washing up of kitchen equipment is effectively dealt with by kitchen staff
  • Stock control/rotation
  • Daily completion of HACCP and kitchen records

Qualifications required

  • Food hygiene qualification would be desirable
  • Northampton College may require you to do Maths and English assessments before forwarding your application.
