Duties include:

  • Communicating with our customers & courier networks.
  • Updating customers with delivery information.
  • Giving customers product advice.
  • Taking new orders.
  • Online marketing & business administration - writing blogs & Facebook content on best practices of Pet Parenting.
  • You will also help manage the website

Training provider

  • You will gain the following knowledge and skills through a combination of workplace training, work-based assessment visits and college workshops to include the following:


  • Knowing your customer; organization; legislation; systems and resources and product and service knowledge.


  • Interpersonal skills, communication, influencing, personal organization, dealing with customer conflict


  • Developing self; Team working; Presentation; Equality
  • This will to be to prepare you for your end point assessment which will consist of an Apprentice Showcase, Practical Observation and Professional Discussion.
  • Functional Skills English & Maths Level 2 (if required)
  • The apprentice will be fully trained in all customer service practices at PetShopBowl Ltd, including navigating our ecommerce ordering system and processing telephone orders. The apprentice will also be trained in handling various customer scenarios.
