You will work as part of a central team where your duties will include:

  • Producing weekly bulletins to branches
  • Collation of key finance measures from a variety of sources
  • Maintaining a HR database and training database in both manual and electronic format
  • Organising confidential waste collections
  • Collating responses from branches confirming key business actions
  • Assist with booking locum pharmacists to cover sickness, holiday and absences
  • Analysis of annual patient satisfaction survey
  • Seasonal ordering of Christmas stock
  • Stationery ordering
  • These are a selection of projects, actual projects will depend on the business needs at the time
