About the employer

Eric Rawlins and Company Limited was founded in 1939 by the father of the current Chairman with the aim of providing high quality service, products and competitive quotations to both commercial and personal clients. As one of the largest independent insurance brokers in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire we are able to offer insurance solutions to the diverse requirements of both large and small enterprises as well as meeting the needs of private clients. Our independence allows us to access products from a vast range of underwriters and ensures that we are capable of providing appropriate cover at an affordable cost. Our innovative and progressive approach to servicing client needs is achieved by listening and gaining a detailed knowledge of the requirements of each business entity or individual. In the majority of cases we personally visit clients on an annual basis or more frequently if required. In the event of a claim we negotiate with all parties including insurers, loss adjusters and loss assessors to ensure that you receive the best possible settlement when you need it most. For corporate clients we aim to become an extension of their own management team by assessing and addressing the risks which the organisation faces.
