Working with their existing customer base, Brighter Bills in Holmes Chapel require a committed and enthusiastic customer service adviser to carry out the following tasks:

  • You should work well under pressure and always ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with in a customer focused and sympathetic manner.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls. 
  • Take basic fault details to pass onto faults team.
  • Helping with Dealer and Customer enquiries.
  • Other general tasks around the office.
  • To assist generally around the office.
  • Maintain CRM/Act databases.
  • Maintain databases to ensure accurately and relevant information is kept up to date.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided by the employer and Total People.

  • Experience of using IT (preferably to include internet, email and Word).
