RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Ticketing MAIN PURPOSE OF POST: The administration and sales of tickets and other Club products on behalf of Sheffield United Football Club and reception cover during the absence of the Bramall Lane Receptionist. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To sell match tickets, season tickets and other club products / services from the Ticket Office. Sales will be conducted in person, over the telephone or online and will involve cash, cheque and credit / debit card transactions. To be responsible for balancing own daily takings and reconciling any tickets issued. To provide the highest possible standard of customer service at all times. To deal with all enquiries and correspondence in a polite, effective and timely manner. To conduct general administration and other office duties. To answer switchboard enquiries in a polite, timely and professional manner, redirecting callers as necessary. To book meeting rooms as required and liaise with Compass on any refreshments needed. To undertake other general reception administration including hotel bookings, customer liaison and package and postal receipt and redirection. To ensure that all data is managed in accordance with statutory legislation and other guidance. The post holder must also undertake such other duties which are appropriate to the post, as required.
