In this job you will:

  • Build daily customer calls and relationship building

We are not looking for someone with work experience. We are ready to teach you administration skills and lead you to the right direction, but we can’t teach you to have a right attitude towards work!

Therefore, we are looking for someone who is passionate about learning, who is proactive, willing to work and is organized & attentive to detail. The successful candidate will ideally have 5 GCSE grades (C or above) or equivalent, including English and Maths.

Future prospects

What happens when I finish my apprenticeship? 92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their IT apprenticeship. Additionally may be opportunities to undertake further learning such as Higher apprenticeships.

Things to consider

This role offers full training, 22 days paid holiday leave plus 8 Bank Holiday days. Daily working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30, 37.5 hrs p/w. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Training provider

Your training will start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling.

You will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 in Business & Administration. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £25k in a business role.
