Main Duties
•    Respond to all incoming telephone calls and site visitors.
•    Organisation of diaries appointments and office visits as required
•    Design and develop publications, documents and data bases as required.
•    Maintain office documentation.
•    Adhere to procedures and policies as necessary.
•    Build effective customer relationships and take personal ownership for all customer interactions.
•    Comply with carrying out any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.

Training provider

Approximately 3% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 17% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
