Day to day duties will include:

  • Communicating over the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries 
  • Supplier invoice audit
  • Monthly invoice reconciliation
  • Entering data/figures on to Microsoft excel
  • Organise and report data
  • Use Microsoft outlook and deal with enquiries
  • Opening and distributing the mail and doing the filing
  • Maintaining and ordering stationery supplies
