A normal day would include
Access customer online portals for orders to be processed
Processing orders on our in house system and printing labels to be passed to our warehouse team.
Logon to carrier systems to obtain previous days POD (Proof of Deliveries) to be match with invoices and filed away.
Log on to business to business (B2B) website and create new customer accounts
Sales invoicing
Stationary ordering
Daily filing

Upon completion of the apprenticeship successful candidates in both practical and theoretical skills will offered the opportunity to join the team on a full time basis.

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour from 1st April 2017. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
