As an Apprentice Front of House Supervisor you will be working in a small team, working closely with other managers, learning all aspects of day to day running of a front of house.

Duties will include:

  • Cash handling
  • Stock control
  • Cellar management
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Dealing with complaints

Restaurant duties to include:

  • Serving tables
  • Taking orders
  • Supervising staff
  • Serving drinks
  • Liaising with all departments
  • Writing staff rotas
  • Opening up and closing of establishment

This role is customer facing for the majority of the time; responsibilities will grow with the job role.
As an apprentice, you will be included on a Hospitality Qualification. Your qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Things to consider

The work pattern is any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Shifts will include Bank Holidays,daytime, evenings and weekend work to the requirements of the workplace.
