Our clients, children and adults alike, have significant and sometimes acute nursing and therapy requirements. The complex care they require demands an integrated, fully comprehensive, round-the-clock home-based care management service.

We take great pride in offering the finest care tailored to the needs of each client as an individual. This requires a thorough and expert understanding of each client’s needs and physical challenges. We consider many variables before putting into place bespoke care programmes.

This includes social and emotional needs too, and we manage the day to day details which make life easier, tasks such as paying bills, preparing meals and organising social events. Even homework for the kids!

We work closely with family and relevant case managers and, where required, support our core team of nurses and carers with the input of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dieticians, physicians and consultants. We can also provide rehabilitation and transition care where needed.
