•    Blogging - Produce 2-3 blogs per week about the software features and how it helps event organisers
•    Blogger Outreach - Reach out and develop contacts with communities and industry bloggers. Submit relevant guest posts for their websites
•    Creating & Sharing Infographics – support the team creating interactive Infographics describing our software features and functionalities  
•    Email Marketing – Help create engaging content for the regular newsletter targeting the key industry sectors
•    Social Media Marketing– create and share engaging content 3-4 times a week to increase followers
•    SEO/PPC- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise website content and help manage PPC adverts to generate leads and achieve the company goals

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

•    We are looking for someone computer literate with an excellent command of both oral and written English You have to be able to work well in a team but also, with guidance, confident working on your own initiative
•    You should have good attention to detail, excellent writing skills and ideally you will already be running your own blog and social media channels
•    The ideal candidate will be looking to start their qualification in Digital Marketing

Qualifications required

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

The Apprentice role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has a passion for writing and all things digital including social media. Having already doubled the size of our multi-national company last year, we are now looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Apprentice, who is eager to learn and would like to progress within the business. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you will gain extensive experience with every aspect of digital marketing including search engine optimasion (SEO), pay per click (PPC) adverts, content writing, social media and email marketing.

Training provider

Approximately 12% of training takes place in the QA learning centre classroom. 8% is done in the workplace, through workplace units, face-to-face meetings with your QA Assessor, or developing your portfolio. The remaining time will be spent on your workplace activity.
