    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.

    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.

Things to consider

This is a vocational position, so you will need to want to do this type of work. There will be long hours as well as the pressure to work well and fast in in the kitchen but in return you will get a solid apprenticeship with us and grow as we grow our company. The hospitality industry is a fun industry to be part of, however it can be hard and demanding work. You will be physically active most of the time and may be expected to work evenings and some weekends.
