Reporting to the owner / manager the candidate will carry out the following duties:

  • Face to face interaction with all customers
  • Speaking with customers on the telephone (making and receiving calls)
  • Email contact with customers
  • Update company website
  • Organise delivery notes and despatches against customer orders
  • Serving customers at the check out till
  • Basic admistration duties

Please note you must have your own transport due to the location of the business access by public transport is difficult.

Previous customer service experience would be beneficial though not essential. The company are looking for a people person as customers are at the heart of their business.

Full time employment upon completion of the Level 2 apprenticeship. progression on to the Level 3 apprenticeship for the RIGHT candidate

Things to consider

An assessor from In-Comm Training & Business Services will visit the succesful candidate once a month for a period of twelve months in order to deliver the qualifcation.
