Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

All applicants should be computer literate.  Competency in MS Word and Excel is advantageous.  

Personal qualities

Hardworking, conscientious and able to use your own initiative. You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, great team spirit and a desire to learn.  

Qualifications required

GCSE Maths and English A-C or equivalent.

Future prospects

There is potential to develop into a permanent role plus opportunity to progress within the company for the right apprentice. There will also be an opportunity to earn ad-hoc performance bonuses both during the apprenticeship and permanent employment. 23 days annual leave which includes Christmas shut down period.

Things to consider

You are required to have a full UK driving license, as the offices are based rural area with very unreliable public transport. You will also be required to drive a transit van to deliver/collect goods. This is an apprenticeship for NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration . You may also need to work towards functional skills in Maths and English. The more work you put in the more Ace contracts will give back to you, Pay rises are available subject to review, you will be valued as a normal employee gaining all the benefits.

Specialising in complex electrical projects they are involved from the initial phase of the project lifecycle; working closely with designers, architects to ensure that the products are installed on time, to specification and within budget.
