  • To provide prompt and efficient preparation and service   of all meals and hospitality service at the required time.
  • To maintain the standards and integrity of the ‘Fresh Food from Scratch’ Service Offer and maintain company policies.
  • To implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety.
  • Follow customers’ special dietary requirements, for example, nut, dairy and wheat allergies.
  • Full compliance of company book keeping, for example, logging food deliveries and temperature monitoring.

Things to consider

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for apprentices is £3.50 per hour. The new NMW applies to time working plus time spent training as this is also part of the Apprenticeship. Anyone not covered by the age category above will be entitled to the NMW appropriate to their age.
