Duties include:

  • Preparation and service of menu items and their garnishes for starter and dessert dishes
  • Assisting the section leader to deliver dishes in keeping with the restaurant’s reputation
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the Chef/Owner
  • General kitchen duties such as hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, stock rotation and adherence to health & safety guidelines

Things to consider

The restaurant is at its busiest on Saturdays so you will be expected to work most Saturday nights!
