Your key duties will include:

  • Testing and repairing CB radios and other electronic equipment
  • Dealing with customer and supplier returns
  • Soldering plugs and connectors onto bespoke leads
  • Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and email
  • Writing technical reports
  • Reading schematic circuit diagrams
  • Programming two-way radio equipment
  • Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. 

This is not an exhaustive list of your duties and the you learn the more duties you will be able to complete.
