Daily duties will include:

  • Outbound telemarketing to schools (at least 50 calls per day)
  • Follow up emails to telephone calls
  • Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and bookings
  • Helping to find leads for new coaches (telephone and email)
  • Communication with schools to provide updates and offer renewals/upsells
  • General administrative assistance where needed

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company may be looking to keep the apprentice on full time.

Things to consider

From April 1st 2017 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
