So what will you be doing?

  • Owning the process of our loan enquiries from application though to loan payout
  • Deal with all enquiries received on line, via email, phone and social media
  • Collect and verify information provided by our customers and their guarantors, which will include income and expenditure, address and ID verification
  • To ensure our customers are kept well informed throughout all stages of the application process
  • Supporting our customers in achieving their personal loan requirements

Qualifications required

GCSE (or equivalents) A*-C in Mathematics and English are essential. 

Future prospects

A permanent position may be available for the right candidate following successful completion of the Apprenticeship. The business is looking for somebody who wants to develop and gain a full time position following their Apprenticeship.

Things to consider

You will be working 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Being able to get to and from work at the times required is essential. This is an excellent company with opportunities to progress. The company will offer pay increments for the right candidate who performs well. This position and Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience and begin to build a career. A permanent position may be possible at the end of your Apprenticeship based on performance. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

Match the Cash Ltd is a Peer to Peer Lender linking Lenders to Borrowers. The environment will be office based in Norwich City Centre.

  • CII Level 2 Award in Insurance
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
