Responsibilities:

  • Draft new starter employment documents using existing templates
  • Coordinate our compliance audit of employee files
  • Draft letters and new contracts for changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Draft resignation acceptance letters and oversee the leaver process in conjunction with payroll reporting
  • Update starters, leavers and adjustments onto payroll for submission to our outsourced provider
  • Compile monthly HR reporting alongside Head of HR
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by Head of HR

Training provider

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.

In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Business Admin level 2 through in-house delivery.
