We are looking for a candidate with a confident telephone manner, who is capable of communicating effectively with customers and building rapport. You should have some interest in working within the insurance industry and should be a flexible individual, with a good attention to detail in all that you do.

  • Office administration duties including post, diary entry and data entry
  • Assistance with marketing requirements, including online marketing and social media
  • Providing point of contact customer service, including telephone and email requirements

Future prospects

EIC are looking for someone who can move into a permanent position with the company and the opportunity to progress further with their CII exams.

Things to consider

EIC are moving in June 2017 to be based in Tring. Candidate will need to be able to travel and work in Tring. Exact location to be confirmed. Bonus paid upon completion of exams. The Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): From April 2017 the ANMW was set at £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
