Responsibilities of the Business Admin Workplace Support Apprentice:

  • Answering calls from our customers and colleagues
  • Meeting and greeting customers and corporate guests
  • Learn and carry out all other reception administration tasks
  • Manage incoming post
  • Administer our scanning system and distribute documents appropriately
  • Assist in setting up for events, conferences and meetings
  • Learn and carry out all other manual and administrative tasks across Business Support
