ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:

  • Make outbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific needs
  • Generation and reaching targets
  • Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
  • Provide personalised customer service of the highest level
  • Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
  • Follow up the calls of the client
  • Sending out copy invoices and statements
  • Grow knowledge of products offered by the company
  • Updating sage accounting

Future prospects

The candidate will progress onto their level 3 and a full time role on completion of their level 2.

Things to consider

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
