Assist the Payroll manager in checking weekly timesheets, match timesheets to invoices weekly and ensure they are sent out in a timely fashion.

Duties include:

  • Post duties
  • Photocopying

  • General admin/accounts duties

Must be numerical, and not too shy we work in a sales office that is a fun environment to be in, but wouldn’t suit a shy individual.

As long as they have enough to study AAT I am more concerned about how they carry themselves
