Reporting to Senior Carer and Manager Key Responsibilities range from:

  • Provide and maintain a high standard of individualised care and comfort to service users
  • To work closely as a team member
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Assist service users, where appropriate in all aspects of care connected with daily living Ranging from: Mobility, dressing, undressing, bathing, toileting and nutrition
  • Help promote social activity
  • Attend to laundry service - where requested
  • Maintain very high hygiene standards
  • Report any concerns or worries to senior staff
  • Provide a sense of well being to service users
  • Maintain good relationships with relatives of service users
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures
