The Aspire Training Team are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to complete their Level 2 Business Admin NVQ within a successful Telecommunication company.

£121.50 - £211.50
The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
The Aspire Training Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to complete a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship within the Student Works.
Crystal Clear Telecom was set up to help companies of all size’s get the best possible solutions for their telephony and merchant services. They boast some of the best hosted telephony on the market, using the tried and tested broadsoft platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps towards an administrative career, gaining your Level 2 Business Admin NVQ whilst working for a well-run and successful company. Your duties as
- General Admin duties
- Answering inbounds/making outbound to customers
- Adding new customers/updating existing ones in our CRM
- Gathering data for the telemarketers & updating the stat tracker
- Helping & assisting the Directors in the business, i.e. managing their diaries
The successful candidate must be well organised as this role will require you to be able to manage and prioritise your workload. You will also be hardworking, attentive to detail, have a strong character and be willing to learn and complete an NVQ.
You will ideally have GCSE grades A*-C or equivalent in both Maths and English Language, however while these are desired they are not essential. However you will also need to have good time keeping skills and an excellent telephone manner.
