Reporting to the Manager Duties include:

  • Telephone handling - internal and external
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and outgoing mail
  • Data entry

  • Document scanning, copying and retrieval
  • Filing, archiving and retrieval of documentation
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Using Excel for data entry
