Durham based Workwear Express are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic apprentice to join their team. Duties to inclued but not limited to:

  • Contacting customers regarding stock issues and delivery
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Developing product knowledge in order to advise customers accordingly 
  • Dealing with customer orders where necessary
  • Working closely with sales and purchasing departments to deal with any customer issues
  • Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role

  • Ability to prioritise workload

Personal qualities

  • The successful candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner as well as the ability to work within a team. 

Qualifications required

  • GCSE or equivalent  grades A*-C in a minimum of 5 subjects to include Maths and English. 

Future prospects

There may be opportunities for progression for a candidate who progresses well during their apprenticeship.

Candidates must be able to travel to the employer for a 9am start - please check travel arrangements prior to applying.
