Apprentice Domiciliary Care Worker

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).
Shifts are between 6am – 11pm – Will be working every other weekend and at least 30 hours per week.

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Duties will include:
- Providing personal care to service users.
- Administering medication.
- Preparing meals, and other related tasks as required.
- Taking service users out.
Applicants need to require a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle as the role requires travelling to service user's properties.
- Working towards a Health and Social care qualification.
- £7.20 per hour.
- Weekend enhancement on wage.
- Enhancement on Bank Holiday (if working).
- 20 days holidays pro rata.
- Good career progression.
Once the successful applicant has achieved the Level 2 qualification, the wage will increase.

Once the successful applicant has achieved the Level 2 qualification, the wage will increase and you will have the opportunity to complete the Health and Social Care Level 3.
